Taiwan I Seed Association was established in 2013, formerly known as the "Taiwan International Service Learning Association", I am one of the co-founder and the main goals include promoting youth participation in international volunteering, youth civic engagement, social service work and civic engagement actions

Research fellow of HIV/AIDS Taipei City Hospital

March 2015 – November 2017

Responsibilities:
Invited by the Chief Director to help reduce the HIV infection rate
• Organized and maintained 250 client cases.
• Conducted HIV infection research in Taiwan.
• Implemented a Youth At Risk Peer Group (12 to 19 year-olds).
• Managed an MSM Patient Support Group (38 Patients).

Research of STDs between MSM Taiwan TongZhi(LGBTI) Hotline Association

September 2013 – February 2015

Taiwan TongZhi(LGBTI) Hotline association is the biggest and most influential LGBTQ NGO in Taiwan.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Hold dialogues on sexual education with the Ministry of Education of Taiwan.
• Discussion on disease prevention on MSM with the CDC, Taiwan.
• Host educational programs for professionals (social workers, nurses, policeman and teachers) on how to treat LGBTQ youth, especially people living with HIV (Conducted 43 session with about 2900 participants)
• Advocated for non-discrimination against patients on the bias of gender and related conditions.)
